Refund Policy

​1. Eligibility for reimbursements

 
A refund may be granted in the following cases:
 
Cancellation of the appointment at least 24 hours in advance
 
Inability for Let's Go Vélo to provide the expected service, for a reason incumbent on us
 
A prepaid service cannot be carried out as planned
 
2. Non-refundable cases
 
No refunds will be made in the following situations:
 
Cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled intervention
 
Absence of the customer or inability to access the place of the appointment
 
Dissatisfaction related to personal preference, when the service was performed in accordance with professional standards
 
Repairs carried out with parts not supplied by Let's Go Vélo
 
3. Partial repayments
 
Partial reimbursements may be considered in certain cases, such as:
 
Part of the service was performed before interruption
 
A product (part or accessory) is returned unused and in perfect condition
 
Each application is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
 
4. Refund procedure
 
To request a refund:
 
Send an email to contact@letsgovelo.fr within 7 days of your appointment
 
Indicate your name, the date of the service, and the reason for your request
 
We will respond within 5 working days. If the request is accepted, the refund will be made via the initial payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
