Welcome to Let's Go Vélo, a home bicycle repair and maintenance service operating in Bordeaux and its surroundings. By using our services or accessing our website, you accept these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking or using our site.

 

 

We offer bicycle mechanical services at home, including (without limitation):

 

Repairs and maintenance at your home

 

Diagnostics on site

 

Customised packages according to the customer's needs

 

All services are subject to availability and may vary by location or season.

 

 

Appointments must be made via our website or by direct contact.

 

You are responsible for providing accurate information (name, address, contact information).

 

Appointments are confirmed by e-mail or SMS.

 

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment in the event of bad weather, technical failure or unforeseen circumstances.

 

 

Rates are indicated on our website or communicated directly.

 

All prices include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

 

Payment is required at the end of the service, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

 

We accept payments by card, bank transfer and other methods specified on our site.

 

Additional fees may apply in case of late payment.

 

 

Any cancellation or postponement request must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

 

A cancellation made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee.

 

Refunds for prepaid services will only be made if the service cannot be rendered by us or for a reason beyond your control.

 

 

By booking with Let's Go Vélo, you agree to:

 

Provide a safe and accessible space for the intervention (e.g. courtyard, driveway, garage)

 

Be present at the appointment or organise prior access

 

Inform us of any known problem or previous repair

 

 

We decline all responsibility for damage resulting from misuse of the bike after our intervention.

 

We offer a 7-day warranty on repairs made (excluding parts not provided by us).

 

The warranty covers only labour, excluding normal wear and tear, accidents or unauthorised modifications.

 

We are not responsible for delays or problems caused by third-party providers or traffic.

 

All the content of the site (texts, logos, images, etc.) is the property of Let's Go Vélo or its licensees and is protected by intellectual property laws. It is forbidden to use, copy or reproduce all or part of the site without prior written authorisation.

 

 

You agree not to misuse the site or engage in fraudulent activities.

 

We reserve the right to suspend access to any user who does not respect these conditions.

 

We do not guarantee that the site will be error-free or permanently accessible.
